Give Yourself A Pedicure
Emphasized Tis the season and many of us, or should I say most of us. So take a little time and getting a pedicure. Save money for that show and do not spend tons in the nail salon, do it at home. If you are unsure where to start I'll do a little form of guidance.
1. Get all the tools you will need. Here's the list:
Polish Remover
Container full of water to soak your feet warm
Epsom salt or buy a special product such as my favorite is a peppermint foot soak.
Fingernail clipper and very difficult to nail clip nail a heavy landing.
It looks sharp claws. It is a good tool to have for toenails.
File nails
Cuticle moisturizing cream (optional)
Cotton balls or toe separator
Basecoat
Nail Polish
upper layer
Foot pumice
buffer
2. Remove any nail polish that you may have. Sure that is especially clear polish everything went. If not you will not be able to take the nails so thoroughly with the nail polish that still covers it.
3. Add the Epsom salt or store bought products for hot water and soak your feet for at least 10-15 minutes. The longer the better, especially if your feet are hard and rough at the bottom.
4. Clip toenails with clipper or clamp. Then soft nail file. Also repuiar cuticles and use a moisterizer if they are still hard cuticle.
5. If you have rough feet, use a special spatula to remove dead skin. Pumice or standing to help the feet soft and pleasant.
6. The foot dry-foot depth and with the buffer, toenails to his hen to a healthy glow.
7. Apply the base coat and wait for it to dry completely. Next, nail polish and finally the top layer. Do not forget that the cotton or separator fingers. Also be sure to wait at least an hour before putting on shoes to avoid damaging new toes.
This should be a relaxing diversion you can do for yourself, so set aside some time and do this for yourself. Or get that significant other do it for you. Anyway should be a moment wonderful. Have fun.
