The good news is, you're not alone. Having sweaty feet is a very common complaint among most people. Certainly dealt with it on a daily basis. If you're like me, can be a nerve racking experience of having to take another person's shoes before. You pray that does not stink, or worse, the person will see the sweat stains soaking through his socks – Ouch!
This is getting a little personal here, but before giving these incredible three treatments, I let him know one of my most embarrassing stories sweaty feet. I was in college and went on a date with this girl. Anyway, things were pretty big and after dinner, we went to his apartment to embrace a little. When I came through the door said the place was clean and asked me to take off my shoes. Ya, I was a little nervous.

Things got a little uncomfortable after that and I never heard of it. Now, I wonder if things did not work because of my sweaty feet, but I'm sure I did not add to my charm of the era.
So you see, the reason you have to stop sweating the foot, which really could not be easier once you know simple home remedies that get results super fast. I'm talking, in a few hours.
Let's start with the first treatment.
Vinegar Footbath – cup vinegar Mix together 1 / 2 and a quart of boiling water in a watershed. Soak your feet for 25 minutes. Then dry your feet – make sure you do not forget the spaces between the fingers. Do not rinse your feet. The vinegar really saturate pores.
Not only the act of vinegar as an astringent, which cleaves a thin layer of the skin of the foot. You will experience dryness for hours after this immersion. In addition, the acid in vinegar neutralizes the odor-causing bacteria deep in the feet. Some people prefer to use apple cider vinegar for this treatment. However, for sweating of the foot, I prefer white vinegar. It is stronger and works faster.
As a side benefit, the vinegar also inhibits fungal growth so you protect your toenail fungus and clarify common problems like athlete's foot.
Salt Water Soak – Simple? Yes Effective? Ohhh Yes Do not underestimate the power of a saltwater soaking feet. The salt dries them right and you use Epsom salts, you have the skin soft and dry well. Scrub with a sponge before soaking your feet in salt water makes the process faster and more durable. He also wants to ensure that the Use warm water to open the pores of your skin and allow maximum exposure to salt.
Be careful if you have open wounds or sores on the feet. This will burn If you have any open abrasions.
Sage Tea – I saved the best for last. Sage tea contains super high levels of acid tannin, a natural astringent. Add 4 or 5 sage tea bags in a large bowl of hot water and let sit until the tea is fully dissolved. Then, soak your feet for 25 minutes.
The tea works its way into your pores up and go to work, drying and neutralization of odor-causing bacteria. Sage tea is very powerful as a long term cure foot odor. Try this night and fall in love with the results.
Just a heads up – after taking his feet out of the basin, will be a little toast for tea. Do not freak out, the bronze color is washed well with a little soap and water.
