Configuring a leg workout in the comfort of your own home is easy. All you need is your bodyweight and a pair of dumbbells. I've never spent time valuable in these luxury gym machines for the legs, and yet they have built huge legs.
Here are some exercises that used to build my lower body:
Lunges
- Stand with your feet apart and step forward with right foot.
- Place your hands on your hips for balance. Lower your body towards the floor to the left leg forms a right angle at the knee.
- It raises the same starting position, and pull your right foot back in.
- Repeat with left leg.
Note: If perform this exercise with weights. Hold the dumbbells to the sides while performing the movement.
Squats
- Be standing with feet shoulder width apart and arms at your sides.
- Keep your back straight, slowly lower itself with the weight concentrated in the heel, no fingers.
- Picture yourself sitting in a chair and go as low as possible.
- Return to starting position and repeat as desired.
Note: You can perform this exercise with weights. Hold the dumbbells to the sides while performing the movement.
Sumo Squat
- Stand with feet slightly wider than should width apart.
- Keep your back straight and slowly lower yourself toward the floor.
- It is possible to save your toes pointed slightly outward.
- Return to starting position and repeat as desired.
Note: To make this exercise using weights, hold a dumbbell vertically between your legs. closing the barbell over his head with both hands.
These three exercises should give you a workout Full leg. Now you can stop relying on expensive gym on those machines, and only begin to build your body at home.
