We often find our feet callous and cracked, dry. A foot massage is what our feet need so that the layer of dead skin can be removed and the new can arise. Scrubs Exfoliating Facial and body have the same effect. It should be applied after taking a shower or have soaked their feet in a homemade foot soak. This so the skin is softer and easier to figure.
Homemade recipes are good massage with different ingredients. Everyone has to have an exfoliating agent salt, brown sugar, Epsom salt, oatmeal. Each also has to have a calming and relaxing element to calm the skin down and avoid any possible irritations.
Lets start with easy cleaning
Brown Sugar Foot Scrub
As in the brown sugar body scrub, sugar brunette helps get rid of dead skin cells.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground oats
2 tablespoons aloe vera gel
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon almond oil (in case do not have almond oil, use olive oil is a good substitute).
Preparation
- Before preparing this scrub, grind the oatmeal in a coffee Grunder or food processor. Must be sandy consistency, flaky and light otherwise scratch skin.
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Mix until it resembles a paste
- Use circular motion and massage gently.
- Rinse with warm water.
Foot massage salt
Ingredients
- 1 cup salt sea or Epsom salt
- 1 / 2 cup cold water
- 2 drops of lavender essential oil
Preparation
- Start off slowly by adding water to salt and lavender oil
- As you are adding, which wants to ensure that the mixture begins to look like a pasta. It has to be not too liquid and not too strong, must be soft, as if otherwise it will run between the fingers
- Rub your feet and soles in circular motion
- Rinse with warm water
A friend told me about this great care of your feet:
Use regular cream of the feet or any other greasy cream. Apply on your feet and wrap in foil. Leave the foil in a couple of hours. After removing that, the best thing to do is foot massage after they shake the excess cream.
COFFEE Foot Scrub
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of ground coffee (fresh is best)
- 3 tablespoons corn flour (or ground oatmeal)
- 3 tablespoons sea salt or salt Epsom
- 3 tablespoons olive oil or almond
- 2 drops of lavender oil (or mint if you do not need to relax, but simply an impulse energy)
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients
- Rub your feet on the move circular
- Rinse with warm water and dry
